Morgan Racing – Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Purpose

Morgan Racing has established this Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy to protect our brand, ensure fair competition among resellers, and maintain the value and integrity of our products within the off-road, automotive, and motorsports marketplace.

This policy applies only to advertised prices and does not restrict the actual selling price of any product.

Scope

This MAP Policy applies to all Morgan Racing authorized dealers, distributors, retailers, and resellers, including but not limited to:

Online marketplaces
Dealer websites
Social media platforms
Email marketing
Print advertising
Digital ads (Google, Meta, etc.)

MAP Definition

The Minimum Advertised Price is the lowest price at which a Morgan Racing product may be advertised.
MAP pricing will be provided by Morgan Racing and may be updated at any time.
Advertising below MAP is prohibited, even if the final checkout price is higher.

Prohibited Advertising Practices

The following are not allowed if they result in advertising below MAP:

Advertising prices below MAP in any public format
“Call for price,” “Email for price,” or similar language used to bypass MAP
Automatic discounts shown in cart prior to checkout
Strike-through pricing showing below-MAP prices
Coupons, promo codes, or rebates advertised publicly
Price comparisons implying a price below MAP
Marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, etc.) below MAP

Allowed Practices

The following are permitted under this policy:

Selling products below MAP in private transactions (in-store or at checkout)
Offering unadvertised discounts or promotions
Free shipping or bundled value-adds (as long as MAP is not violated)
Loyalty programs or rewards not publicly advertised as price reductions

Enforcement

Morgan Racing reserves the sole discretion to enforce this policy. Violations may result in the following actions:

First Violation: Written warning and request for correction
Second Violation: Temporary suspension of dealer privileges
Third Violation: Termination of authorized reseller status

Morgan Racing is not required to provide notice before enforcement and may act immediately in cases of repeated or intentional violations.

Policy Administration

This MAP Policy is unilateral and non-negotiable
Morgan Racing does not discuss pricing decisions with resellers
Resellers may not interpret silence or inaction as approval of a violation
Morgan Racing reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time
